About DNR Build
35 years of building better
We are a building company built on craftsmanship, straight talking and long-term relationships. Most of our work comes from people we have built for before, or the neighbours who watched us do it.
Our story
Built on craft, not corners
For more than three decades, DNR Build has helped families across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and London make more of the homes they love. What started on the tools has grown into a trusted building company, but the approach has never changed.
We specialise in extensions because they are where craft matters most. Matching brickwork, getting the light right, and joining new to old so cleanly that you cannot see the seam. That is the difference between an extension that looks added on and one that looks like it was always meant to be there.
When you work with DNR Build, you work with the people who actually build your project. No call centres, no chains of subcontractors, just one accountable team who treat your home with the respect it deserves.

Why DNR Build
The difference is in who you work with
No call centres, no disappearing subcontractors. Just one experienced team that treats your home like its own.
Extension specialists
Extensions are what we do best. Decades of single and double storey builds mean fewer surprises and a better finish.
One accountable team
You talk directly to the people doing the work. No layers, no passing the buck, no disappearing subcontractors.
Clear, fixed quotes
Itemised pricing agreed before we begin. You always know what you are paying for and why.
35 years of craft
Three and a half decades on the tools and on site, building a reputation on referrals rather than adverts.
Tidy, respectful sites
It is still your home while we work. We protect it, keep it clean and treat it the way we would treat our own.
Built to last
Structurally sound, properly certified and finished to a standard that adds real, lasting value to your home.
